VisualHub AI provides AI-powered image generation tools. We offer access to multiple AI models on a pay-per-use basis, allowing users to generate images based on text prompts.

4. Payment Terms
VisualHub AI operates on a pay-per-use model. You purchase credits that can be used to generate images. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the images you generate using the Service. However, we may use these images for service improvement, training, and promotional purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
Service Ownership: The Service, including all software, design, and functionality, is owned by VisualHub AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisualHub AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
